What does the guarantee cover?
It covers replacement of fused standard bulbs, repair of faulty electrical sockets, minor leaks in taps, showerheads and standard PVC pipe joints, and tightening of loose hinges and cabinet handles. Owners pay nothing: it is funded by the tenant's monthly service charge. Damage from misuse or negligence, drain blockages from prohibited items and appliance damage from improper use are billed to the tenant.

Do I pay any brokerage?
No. RentRo charges owners zero brokerage. When we find your tenant, you keep your full first month's rent.
Can my tenant call me directly?
No. Tenants never get your phone number. They contact RentRo for repairs, rent and anything else, so you aren't called at odd hours.
Who can see my tenant's details?
Only you and RentRo. Tenants see their own flat's location, floor and your name, and nothing else.
What are the main terms for tenants?
No brokerage and no late fee. The agreement has an 11-month lock-in and needs 30 days' written notice. Read the tenant terms.
What does a tenant pay?
There is no brokerage, and you pay nothing to search and visit homes. Once you have chosen a home you like, you pay a one-time onboarding fee of 5,000 rupees along with the security deposit. It covers document and KYC verification, background checks, move-in processing and the rental agreement. It is not a brokerage: you pay it once and become a RentRo client, so if you want to move to another home through RentRo later, you pay no new onboarding fee, however many times you move. There is also a service charge of 1,000 rupees a month that is included in the monthly rent and covers routine repairs. Read the tenant terms.
How does rent reach me?
RentRo collects the rent from your tenant and settles it to you, so you never have to chase it.
